Meet James
James Wyatt
James Wyatt brings 20 years of practical business experience from the logistics industry. During that time, he built a business from the ground up, bought and sold other logistics businesses, and became an award-winning DPD franchisee.
Over the past three years, James has developed his property experience through specialist mastermind programmes and by hosting a property event. He has also worked as a mindset coach for the property education platform Education to Action (ETA).
Today, his property portfolio includes buy-to-lets, supported-living accommodation, commercial offices and luxury serviced accommodation through Soulful Stays.
James's coaching is grounded in real-world experience. He understands the pressures of building businesses, investing, managing change and making difficult decisions. His approach creates an honest, supportive environment where people can step away from daily distractions, think clearly and decide what to do next.
