About us
This website is operated by JJW Properties and Investments Ltd, trading as Soulful Stays, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12632194), registered office The Paddock, Barmpton, Darlington, DL1 3JG. Contact: james@soulful-stays.co.uk. By using this website you accept these terms.
The information on this site
The Coach and Stay pages describe an enquiry-led coaching and accommodation experience. The content is provided for general information and does not form an offer capable of acceptance. We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but details such as available dates, session length and optional extras are confirmed with you individually before booking.
Enquiries and booking
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking or a contract and does not commit you to anything. We will contact you to discuss what you would like to work through and to confirm the practical details. A contract is formed only when we have confirmed your booking in writing and you have accepted the confirmed dates, price and any agreed extras.
Pricing
The Coach and Stay experience is £699. Any optional extras are discussed and agreed with you in writing before booking, so the total is clear before you commit. Prices shown on this website may change; the price that applies is the one confirmed to you at the time of booking.
Changes and cancellation
Arrangements for changes, rescheduling and cancellation — including any deposit or payment terms and the notice required — are confirmed to you in writing before booking and form part of your booking confirmation. If we need to change or cancel a confirmed date for reasons outside our control, we will offer you an alternative date or a refund of amounts paid for the affected booking. Where you book as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any cancellation rights that apply to distance contracts.
What coaching is and is not
Coaching supports your own thinking, planning and decision-making. It is not financial, legal, tax, medical or therapeutic advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business, financial or personal outcome. Decisions you take remain your own responsibility, and you should take professional advice where appropriate.
Using the accommodation
Where accommodation forms part of a confirmed booking, house rules, check-in and check-out arrangements and any damage or deposit terms are provided with your booking confirmation and apply to your stay.
Acceptable use
Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, submit false, abusive or automated enquiries, introduce malicious code, or copy or reuse our content, images or branding without our written permission. All content on this website remains our property or that of our licensors.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with a confirmed booking is limited to the amount you have paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
